You may return any item for any reason within 14 days as long as it is in the condition it was in when you received it. You will receive a refund of the purchase price in the same form of payment used to place your order. If a refund is desired we will do so minus the return shipping costs.
You can expect a refund 7-10 business days after the artist receives your return, provided it arrives undamaged. You will be credited for the price of the item minus shipping costs. Please note that we cannot provide refunds for items that have been damaged, altered, or worn by the buyer.

Resin is easy to maintain. You may wash it with mild soap and water. After washing apply a light coating of lotion to restore its original luster. If your jewelry includes resin and silver you may use a conventional silver tarnish remover cloth or use toothpaste with a soft toothbrush both will remove tarnish quite effectively.
